Trump Plane leaving US

This post is for all our beloved American and expat friends living in the US. It’s been a week since Trump has been elected president of the United States. Are you getting used to it? If not and if you are planning to leave the US before January, we selected the 5 best countries to immigrate in such conditions.

1. Canada

That is not new; we know that you'd all love to move to Canada. In fact, As Donald Trump swept to victory, the Canadian immigration site crashed. Of course Canada has a lot to offer: it’s close to the US Borders, Canadians are friendly English-speaking folks and they have maple syrup amazing landscapes.

2. Cuba

You guys could be really bold and innovative in moving to Cuba. Learn Spanish, get use to a 0 data plan, and enjoy the amazing weather that Cuba has to offer. This incredible island has marvelous landscapes, really friendly and open minded people, a sweet way of living and more than everything a History (no offense US)!

Little plus: with Trump as President you will never be able to go back to the States!

3.United Kingdom

It is maybe time for you to go back to your ancestors and cherish your English roots. Except from the weather you can enjoy the numerous landscapes, from the city to the country side and the beaches, sip a cheap pint at your new local pub, eat some chips and gravy (yeah we say chips, you’ll get used to it), and learn new random English words. Little minus: very soon you won’t be able to travel around Europe but well #cheersbrexit

4. France

If you are courageous enough to learn that wonderfully difficult language that French is you definitely can move to the most beautiful country in this world. Yes, French people are annoying and snob but they, in fact, love everybody, even you. And seriously how could you say no to free studies at university, and the best food you will ever taste in your entire life? If you are French, please come back home, we are waiting for you.

5. Australia

Australia is the only country in the world to have received more American migrants than the US has accepted from it. The dollar is really low but living expenses are still expensive. Get used to the Ozzie accent, its way of living and this country will be yours. If you want to surf on the beautiful white sand beaches, enjoy fresh food, face super dangerous animals, fight kanguroos and be able to travel really easily around Asia, raise your hand!

If you haven’t made up your mind yet, know that every single country would love to welcome you!
